3. Subject Matter of the Contract
The service provider offers coaching, mentoring, and training services in accordance with the respective agreement. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the agreed services, not the achievement of a specific personal or economic success.
Coaching is an individual, process-oriented development process whose effectiveness depends significantly on the client’s active participation and personal responsibility.
Individual adjustments or additional services may be agreed upon jointly.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice within 7 days after receipt of the invoice.

If the client joins an activity after it has already started or leaves before it ends, no refund will be granted.
6. Cancellation or Changes by the Service Provider Before the Activity Begins
If the stated minimum number of participants is not reached, the service provider may cancel the activity at short notice.
If the client does not wish to rebook to one of the offered alternative activities, payments already made will be refunded minus services already provided.
The activity may also be canceled if participants provide justified reasons through their actions or omissions.
If the activity becomes impossible or unsafe due to force majeure, weather conditions, natural conditions, official measures, safety risks, or illness on the part of the service provider, the service provider may cancel or terminate the activity early.
In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded minus expenses already incurred by the service provider. Further claims for compensation are excluded.
Program changes remain expressly reserved. However, the service provider will endeavor to offer equivalent alternative services whenever possible.
7. Program Changes or Termination of the Activity After Contract Conclusion
The service provider reserves the right to modify the program or individual agreed services if unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, weather conditions, natural conditions, official measures, or safety risks) require such changes.
The service provider will endeavor to provide equivalent replacement services whenever possible.
If a substantial program change results in a price increase exceeding 10%, the client may withdraw from the contract.
8. Early Termination of the Activity by the Client
If a client terminates participation early or leaves the activity prematurely, no refund will be granted. Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the client.
9. Participation Requirements
Good physical and mental health is required for all activities.
Participants are obligated to inform the service provider about any existing health conditions.
Participation in activities under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or similar substances is prohibited.
The client is obligated to comply with the participation requirements and strictly follow the instructions of the service provider, trainers, and assistants.
If a participant fails to comply with these conditions or instructions, the service provider reserves the right to exclude the participant from the activity.
If exclusion occurs before the activity begins, the cancellation conditions apply. If exclusion occurs after the activity has started, the client is not entitled to any refund.
